To ensure this, the clinic will now operate under the following
new implemented changes:
Treatments are now 50 minutes allowing 10 minutes to prepare the clinic for the next patient regarding cleaning. Meaning you will leave the building at 10 minutes to the hour.
Fees are now £50 per treatment session. All payments accepted using, Cash, Card, Contactless, Bank Transfers and Cheques.
Every patient will be assessed individually and will be charged in full if they cannot continue with or attend their appointment failing to provide 48 hours or more notice, no exceptions to charges.
There is no change here as it remains the same process as before. Text messages are preferred and easy to respond to or leave a voicemail if we are with a patient and we shall return your call at the earliest opportunity. Wear comfortable appropriate clothing. For example, wear shorts if your legs are to be treated. Please ask if you are unsure.
No, they are not allowed in the clinic itself. Although they can wait in a car for you however not in the waiting area.
There are exceptional circumstances where only one other may enter the clinic as follows and they will be required to follow the same Individual Assessment Process as the patient and must remain in the room during treatment until the session is completed and leave together only.
Yes, we will provide all the required PPE, disposable masks, and gloves. Please read the Self-Assessment form for all relevant information.
The clinic couches and equipment are cleaned using a coronavirus cleaning solution. The building doors handles, and toilet facility are cleaned using the same solution.
